I da li vodite racuna o ovakvim stvarima?

E-503 i E-500, sredstva za narastanje testa.Vodim racuna maksimalno....ali mislim da ovo nisu stetni emulgatori.

Mi plazmu tek treba da uvedemo. Prvi put cujem da plazma sadrzi tako nesto. A i da sadrzi gomila dece je odrasla na tom keksu i sasvim su normalna. To je kao i sa povidon jodom AD kapima i ostalim glupostima. Sve bre nesto po novom izludeh.

Ja za sada stvarno vodim racuna o tome, ali je cinjenica da se od ovih silnih e-brojeva ne moze pobeci. :sae

Dobar deo ovih brojeva- tj dodataka nije tako stetan kako se prica, da nema nekih bila bi veca steta, treba povesti racuna lai se ni ne opterecivati toliko. Naravno da vodim racuna da ih ima sto manje, ali nema proizvoda koji ih nema, ima mnogo proizvodjaca koji pisu originalan naziv dodatka kako bi izbegli da stave to famozno E...:sae

Aditivi najvie ugroavaju djecu, starije i bolesne koji i ina?e pripadaju rizi?noj skupini. Ve?ina proizvo?a?a skriva da upotrebljava umjetna sladila te ?esto u reklamama isti?u da u njihovim proizvodima nema e?era. Hvale se da nemaju e?era, a imaju nekoliko umjetnih sladila koja su, za razliku od e?era koji samo debelja, puno opasnija jer izazivaju razli?ite bolesti. Jednako tako znaju napisati da nemaju konzervansa koji i nije na listi najopasnijih aditiva, a onda se ispostavi da u proizvodima imaju nekoliko drugih, puno opasnijih aditiva nastavlja Dada Leroti?. Okida?i za zlo?udnu bolest Dr. Jasminka Stepan, voditeljica Odjela dje?je onkologije u Zagrebu, isti?e da za kancerogene bolesti ima vie uzroka, ali da aditivi svakako mogu biti okida?i za pojavu zlo?udnih bolesti. I biologinja dr. Vinja Bukvi? isti?e da razli?ita sladila, bojila i poja?iva?i okusa mogu potaknuti razvoj kancerogenih bolesti. Opasna sladila i bojila Opasna umjetna sladila moemo na?i kao E-950, E-951, E-952, E-954 i E-962. Nalaze se u gotovo svim dnevnim namirnicama pa ih moemo na?i u bezalkoholnim napitcima, bombonima, vaka?im gumama, sladoledu, slasticama, lijekovima, kozmetici... Opasni poja?iva?i okusa ozna?eni su sa E-620 do E-633. Nalaze se u ?ipsu, kobasicama, konzerviranoj hrani, vaka?ama, bezalkoholnim pi?ima, juhama, pripravcima sira i topljenog sira, margarina, umacima, gotovim jelima, za?inskim mjeavinama i senfu. Opasna umjetna bojila ozna?ena su sa E-102, E-104, E-110, E-122, E-123, E-124, E-125, E-126, E-127, E-128 i E-129. Nalaze se u pekarskim proizvodima, proizvodima od mesa, bezalkoholnim pi?ima, snack-proizvodima, sladoledu, siru, vo?nim jogurtima, bombonima, bezalkoholnim pi?ima, juhama, pracima za puding, kreme i deserte.

ja vodim racuna koliko mogu ali mislim da uvek moze da se desi propust. npr vocni jogurt mi je najproblematicnija namirnica jer ne znam koji je stvarno ok a iva nece kad ja spremim. jede hipp ali ne moze ni to stalno a svaki dan pojede po jedan vocni jogurt. dajem joj kampinin tj. mlekare mladost iz kragujevca posto je njih kupila kampina. bas zbog ovih dodataka joj ne dajem puding, sladoled i ne nameravam skorije ni da pocnem.
